  • Who is this training for? Anyone who wants to create inclusive events, locations or experiences.
  • What format is the training offered in? Courses and resources are online, completed at your own pace.
  • How long does the training take to complete? Each stand-alone course is designed to be 2 hours or less.
  • Do I need any prior knowledge to participate? Not at all! That’s why our Sensory-Friendly 101 Course is included to teach you the basics.
  • Is there ongoing support available after completing the training? Many learners go on to complete our certification program for their business or organization.  We also have many free resources like blogs, a podcast and free downloads.

Membership Benefits

  • Are there different membership tiers offered? No, for one low price you get access to everything!
  • What’s included in each membership level? All Courses and Bonus materials, any new courses during your membership and any updates to existing content.
  • Is there a minimum commitment for membership? You get access for 12 months (and thereafter you can renew).

Training Access and Completion

  • Do I have to complete all training in one sitting? You can leave and come back to the training and continue where you left off, or even go back to the beginning.
  • Is this live training or self-paced? This is self-paced, recorded training. You can complete any course on your own time, online, and at your own pace.
  • Where do I log in?  Log in to our Learning Management System (Kajabi).
  • Do I have to take all the courses?  No, you can pick and choose based on your interests and get a certificate for each course you take.

Multiple Seats

Can I purchase multiple seats for my team?

While our learning management system manages training individually, here are three options that folks use most frequently when buying more than one seat:

  1. Provide Giftogram prepaid cards: Giftogram allows you to distribute prepaid cards to your team, which they can use as a payment method when purchasing training. Simply load the cards with the desired amount, and your team members can complete their purchase individually using the Giftogram card. 
  2. Let employees purchase access individually and then request reimbursement.
  3. Employers can complete the checkout process using the employee’s name and email, set up a temporary password, and allow the employee to reset it if they wish.

Payment and Refunds

  • What is your refund policy?  Once you receive a certificate for the first course you complete in the membership, if you are not happy with the training, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please let us know why you are unhappy with the training, so that we can make changes to improve. We want to meet your expectations! You will receive a full refund within the following 14 days. It is important to know that training is for your educational and informational purposes.
  • How do I cancel my membership?

    1. log into your account at the top of this page,
    2. click on your avatar in the top right
    3. select Settings from the dropdown
    4. click Billing Info in the top right
    5. select the Cancel button
    6. click on Cancel Subscription to confirm
    7. your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
  • How do I change my credit card information?

    1. log into your account at the top of this page
    2. click on your avatar in the top right
    3. select Settings from the dropdown
    4. click Billing Info at top right
    5. Click Update next to the current credit card
    6. enter your new card information

International Purchases

  • Will my credit card work if it isn’t Canadian? Yes. Your invoice will be in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your credit card processor automatically converts your purchase into your local currency at its exchange rate.
  • What is the exchange rate outside of Canada? Your credit card company or issuer has the most current information. For an approximate value, search online for “exchange rates” to find a conversion tool for examples.

  • Which payment methods are available? Payment methods available are: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. (Klarna and AfterPay are only available for one-time purchases and not for memberships.) See image below.

  • Will I receive a certificate of completion? Yes! Once you complete and pass the quiz(zes) for each course, you’ll get a digital certificate to print and share.

I am having trouble accessing my course, what do I do? Follow these steps:
