  • Do I have to complete all training in one sitting?
    You can leave and come back to the training and continue where you left off, or even go back to the beginning.
  • Is this live training or self-paced?
    You complete the training in your membership in your own time, online, and at your own pace.
  • How do I purchase this membership for my team?
    Businesses and organizations are welcome to purchase group memberships. This is the link to do so:
  • What is your refund policy?
    Once you receive a certificate for the first course you complete in the membership, if you are not happy with the training, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please let us know why you are unhappy with the training, so that we can make changes to improve. We want to meet your expectations!  You will receive a full refund within the following 14 days. It is important to know that training is for your educational and informational purposes. 
  • Will I receive a certificate of completion?
    Yes! Once you complete and pass the final quiz, you’ll get a digital certificate to print and share.
  • Will my credit card work if I don’t live in Canada?
    Yes. Your invoice will be in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your credit card automatically converts your purchase into your local currency.
  • What is the exchange rate?
